some times sleep is impossible

I have had a touch of insommia for years but now that I work graves.... trying to sleep at night on my 'night offs' is sometimes impossible. The more I try to sleep the more frustrated I get.

Been awhile

I'm having a moment... thank goodness moments pass quickly :) I thought at times that I was valueable to many and then one has to wonder..... as I sit here missing what I left but loving what I have. Did I step away and now forgotten? I'm not that far and if I am valueable I wish I felt it more. Ok I must get moving and let this moment pass me by.
